The EXIS 550/700 is an advanced, modular rotary handler designed specifically for thesemiconductor industry. Its 32/40 stations provides extra flexibility for multiple input/output options, including JEDEC industry-standard trays. With up to 8 test stions, it allows for a wide variety of tests and processes. It’s modular design also allows for quick conversion turnaround time of below 45 minutes. All these features translate into higher throughput for increased yields and productivity.
